Shipping Policy
Express Peptides LLC ships Monday through Friday, except on holidays:
- Orders must be placed by 3pm EST (12pm PT).
- Orders placed after 3pm EST or over the weekend will ship the next business day.
Express Peptides LLC ships USPS Mail with tracking and most orders are delivered in 5-7 days.
Every order will receive a tracking number which can be tracked on usps.com.
Once you receive your tracking number please allow at least 24 hours for it to update on usps.com.
We do not ship on days USPS is closed. Click for a list of USPS holidays.
Express Peptides LLC sends an email receipt with every order.
If you place your order and you do not receive an email receipt of your order within 24hrs, please contact us.
Express Peptides LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Double check that you input the correct information for shipping purposes.
Please keep in mind we ship to where you, the customer inputs at checkout. If using auto-fill double check for errors. If your package is returned back to us as undeliverable we will contact you as soon as it arrives back. At that time you will be invoiced for shipping to reattempt delivery.
We cannot issue a refund or in any case cancel the order. We are not liable for an undelivered package due to incorrect shipping address or being left unclaimed at the post office.
Domestic US shipping rates:
- Orders under $150 = $4.99 (5-7 business days)
- Orders over $150 = Free Regular Shipping (5-7 business days)
- Please note this shipping option is not always guaranteed “Next Day”
- We do not guarantee Scheduled Delivery Days
- We do not offer “Money Back Guarantee”
Return Policy
Returns and exchanges are at the sole discretion of Express Peptides LLC
Due to the nature of our line of products, all sales are final!

Charge-backs will subject the client to being put on the no-sell list. Refunds are not accepted. Please always contact us first as most issues can be resolved very easily.
If your order has not yet been shipped and you wish to cancel your order, then please contact us using our form below, and we will do our utmost to accommodate you. We cannot promise that we can intercept it though, if its already been processed.
All items are shipped safely and in a manner that ensures safe arrival. If for any reason this is not the case, then use the contact form below and we will work with you to solve any issues.
If a product is missing from your order, then please contact us using the contact form below to verify your order details.
Once we verify the legitimacy of the claim, we will send the missing item(s) to you.
All documents are logged prior to shipping in order to protect our customers from fraud.
